Good Poem.. As I was reading, the I could feel the place.. Excellent usage of words...
But, It is only descriptive of the village, I felt the effect would have been more, if there was a meaning at the end of the poem or something which make people think as they read the poem...
"kattrodu kalandu varum dhoorathu koil mani" Loved it! :-)
I second what Skely said... the poem flows as an intro to something and that "something" is missing.
